Czech Vz-24 imported to East Germany. tgf means Tschechische Gewehr Fabrik. These were made in small numbers during the Russian occupation period 1945-1950. It is one of the rarest Czech made bayonets made. The Russians forced the Czechs change the CSZ name and marking to TGF (Tschechische Gewehr Fabrik). These bayonets were made only from1946 to 1950. The bayonets were furnished to the Russian controlled Czech Army and sold under contract to other nations during this period.
